Virgin Mary's Birthday Celebration on September 8th

NATIVITY OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY: The Marian Center for Peace of Wisconsin Rapids will host Mary’s Birthday Celebration, Friday, September 8th beginning with a 6:00 p.m. Mass at St. Philip Catholic Church, Rudolph, and continuing with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Eucharistic Procession to the Grotto Gardens, Rosary, Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Benediction. Catechesis Of the Good Shepard
A catechesis program for children ages 3-5 will begin on Tuesday, September 19th, with sessions at 10 AM and 4 PM. Orientation for parents will be held Tuesday September 13th at 6:15 PM at the SSPP school building. Registration will be available in the back of the church. Relics of Saint Padre Pio

Celebrating the 130th anniversary of Saint Padre Pio’s birth, and the 15th anniversary of his canonization, relics of Saint Padre Pio will be available for public veneration in the Diocese of La Crosse on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at the Cathedral of St. Joseph the Workman, 530 Main Street, La Crosse. Veneration of the relics will be offered from 9:00 am until 11:45 am and 1:15 pm – 6:30 pm. Mass will be offered at 12:10 and 7:00 pm. The 7:00 pm Mass will be in honor of Saint Padre Pio and will be celebrated by the Most Reverend William Patrick Callahan. Confession will also be available throughout the day. We are in need of many volunteers to assist with this special event.
